Since 2016 ANZCRL have never included the Monaco Grand Prix as part of our Triple Crown, but that changed last year with our 1st running of this prestigious race alongside Indy 500 and with the introduction to Le Mans to AMS2 this year will see Le Mans 24 Hour added to complete the triple crown. Last year it was a battle between Daddoracer and christopheraser with the McLaren of Daddoracer just holding off the Williams by a narrow margin of 3.142 seconds. This year Monaco Grand Prix forms round 5 of our 2002 Formula One Championship, so for this special event non championship drivers are able to compete but must meet a lap time less than 107% of the fastest practice time set before the event using our JustRace practice lobby.

It is expected that all drivers try and complete the race session without quitting out of the race. If for some reason that this is not possible, ANZCRL ask that you return to pits and stay there until the end of the session, as experience has shown that when a driver quits out of the race lobby there is a strong possibility that they may unwittingly take another driver out with them.

Full Course Yellow The full course yellow feature of the game will be in use. If a driver has sustained damage that stops them from returning to the pits on their own accord, we ask them to hold stationary for 40 seconds to see if the in-game full course yellow is activated before pressing the return to pits button. It is preferred that all drivers stay in the lobby until the race is over as it enables better collection of race results.
Penalties If a driver is seen to be racing in an unsportsmanlike manner a time penalty may be applied to the end of race time at the discretion of ANZCRL admin.
Video evidence can help with the request for incident review by the driver, it is not the responsibility of admin to obtain this by saving the replay after the race when the result screen appears.
ANZCRL encourages fair, competitive racing and if you think you have done the wrong thing to a fellow competitor, a redress of the position within the lap is expected. We pride ourselves on racing clean and following proper racing etiquette regarding giving space and overtaking cleanly. Excessive blocking will not be tolerated, especially moving in the braking zone. If you make a mistake, please try to redress on circuit. Do not complain about race incidents during the event and concentrate moving on.
Penalties that may apply to drivers: - • Unsafe rejoin - 10 second end of race penalty. • Unsafe rejoin causing contact - 30 second end of race penalty (drive through penalty). • Contact that is deemed not a racing incident - 30 second end of race penalty (drive through penalty). • Found using the reset car to track mid spin or after an off-track incident - 30 second end of race timer (we only allow the reset car to track if car becomes stuck, on its side or upside down). • Unfair contact and gaining position without re addressing position 40 second end of race time penalty (10 second stop/go drive through penalty). • Deliberately driving though chicanes for an unfair advantage without trying to slow down and negotiate the chicane - 30 second end of race penalty per offence (drive through penalty).
No member is to Direct Message (DM) another member abusing or accusing them of any wrongdoing. They must only report to admin or stewards in the correct manner stated below. If admin or race organisers are sent screenshots of such DM behavior the offender will be suspended one race or possibly from the championship depending on severity of the abuse.
Drivers are encouraged to report any incidents that they are involved in or witnessed out on track by using the report an incident channel in our discord by using the following format: - Round - Lap number - Corner if known - brief description. Example: Silverstone - Lap 5 - Turn 3 - Driver ahead rejoined causing me to spin.
Drivers can avoid post-race time penalties if they feel they may have been at fault when crashing into another car and causing damage to that car, by following it into the pits and wait until it leaves and follow it out.
Live coverage with commentary will be streamed on our ANZCRL Twitch channel and then saved to ANZCRL YouTube channel. *Subject to change depending on availability of broadcasters.
