The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most prestigious events in Monaco, and it is a leg of the Triple Crown of Motorsport and also the 1st leg of ANZCRL's own Triple Crown with the other 2 races being the INDY500 and Bathurst 1000.
Winners have steeped themselves into the history books. Senna, Graham Hill, Schumacher and Prost all achieved repeated success in Monaco, and all are renowned as F1 greats. Graham Hill is especially noted as being the only driver to achieve the Triple Crown of Motorsport.
We will be paying homage to the 1988 race, the last year V6 Turbos were allowed in F1 (until 2014). Teams were trialing the V8's, so this race will provide a challenge between the speed of the V6's and the reliability of the V8's.

Track Limits and serving penalties Track limits are set to 3 before a drive through penalty is issued in the game which must be served within 3 laps. As the game does not enforce this it is expected that all drivers respect the rules of ANZCRL and serve the penalty within the 3 laps adhering to good sportsmanship.
Drivers are allowed to take advantage of the track limits by cutting turn 1 using pit exit lane and then both the chicanes out of the tunnel and final chicane out of the swimming pool complex. But be aware that you can not cut the track in any way when making an overtake as the game will give you a time limit to give back that position before a penalty will be issued.
Using available cut tracks while defending is allowed as the car following can also then use track cut if they wish. You can make as many track cuts throughout the race, but after each 3 and the penalty issued, you must serve the drive through penalty before accumulating another 3 track limits or within the next 3 laps.
